The Portland International Jetport (PWM) is owned and operated by the City of Portland, Maine. The largest in the state, PWM is a small hub airport serviced by nine air carriers. The Portland International Jetport is on the lookout for an Airport Maintenance Manager who is driven, dynamic, and ready to lead a talented team. As PWM's Maintenance Manager, you'll supervise a high-performing crew including two Maintenance Supervisors, two Airfield Electricians, and 14 skilled maintenance workers. This key leadership role reports directly to the Deputy Director of Operations and Maintenance, offering you a chance to make a lasting impact at one of the most forward-thinking airports in the region. What We're Looking For:
- A strong leader with proven skills in coaching, mentoring, and team development.
- Experience in airport snow removal, maintenance, and construction.
- Proactive, forward-thinking problem solver who embraces change and fosters a positive work culture.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle the fast-paced, ever-changing airport environment.
- TSA Criminal Background clearance (TSR Part 1542) to obtain an airport security badge is required.

Salary & Benefits:
This is a non union position, Grade C45, with a starting pay range of $89,054/year - $111,163/year, based on relevant years of experience.
