Requirements:

Graduation from an approved school of nursing and licensure as an RN in Maine, additional education in gerontology preferred.
Management and supervisory experience in long-term care required.
Possess ability to make independent decisions as circumstances dictate.
Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors and the general public.
Ability to supervise, educate, orient and mentor staff.
Excellent oral and written skills.
Foster a positive, collaborative and respectful workplace
Basic computer skills
Willingness and ability to provide direct services to residents.

Salary & Benefits:

This is a non-union position (Grade C44) - Starting salary is $80,652 annually.
